Packaging and compliance
Every label we own ships in a box carrying the same set of marks. This page says what they mean, so a buyer, a stockist or a customs officer can check them against what is in front of them.
What is on the box
- UKCA and CE, declaring conformity with the applicable UK and EU requirements for the product.
- The recycling mark on the carton.
- A GTIN barcode, so the item scans at a till and can be tracked through a distributor.
- An 18+ roundel on the face of the pack.
- The materials and care statement: body safe, non porous, with washing instructions and a link to the full care guide.
Materials
Platinum cure silicone. Non porous, so it does not harbour bacteria in the way a porous material does, and it can be properly cleaned rather than only wiped. No filler and no undisclosed blends. If a material cannot be documented it does not go into a product.
The outer carton
Nothing printed on the outside of a shipment says what is inside it, and the return address carries a neutral trading name rather than a brand anyone can search. That is a fixed rule across every label we own, not a service level that varies by order.
Age restriction
Our products are for adults. Every storefront we run is age restricted, the packs are marked 18+, and no label of ours is advertised anywhere aimed at under eighteens.
Report a concern
If you have a safety concern about one of our products, believe you have found a counterfeit trading on one of our labels, or think one of our stockists is doing something they should not, tell us. Use the enquiry form and choose Report a concern. It reaches the same desk as everything else and it is read.
Reports about a specific order, a delivery or a refund are better sent to the label you bought from, which will have the order in front of it.
What is not here yet
We are below the turnover threshold that makes a modern slavery statement a legal duty, and we have not published a supplier code of conduct or a sustainability report. We would rather say that plainly than publish a document we cannot stand behind. When the supply chain is large enough for those to mean something, they will appear here.
